Included:
- Your consultation while enjoying a choice of exotic teas and nibbles.
- A deep tissue back and neck massage.
- A deluxe RegimA facial (RegimA range of products also available for purchase).
- A reflex leg and foot massage while you relax to a recorded meditation.
- You will awake in your own time to a warm health drink and delicious snack. (Please inform me at the beginning of your treatment if you have any time constraints, in which case I will wake you up and allow sufficient time for you to get ready to leave without any time pressure)
- The entire treatment is executed as silently as possible, to ensure that your mind and body receive the ultimate relaxation experience.
Note:
- Please allow a minimum of 4 – 5 hours for the entire experience.
- Treatments are available only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- All treatments take place in the privacy of my home which is quiet and exclusive. No other residents except for my aged, gentle Newfoundland dog who sleeps all day. Should you have any allergies pertaining to animals, please take note of this.
- Ensure that you are comfortably dressed and in winter, have a warm coat and scarf to go home in. Besides possible cold weather, the body’s temperature drops during relaxation and you might feel very cold afterwards.

Optional Extras:
- Shower and wash your hair after treatment – I will even style it for you if you wish – at an additional fee of R150. Towels, shampoo and other beautifying paraphernalia are all available here.
- You may wish to prolong the pampering by spending the night in the cozy guest room with its exclusive bathroom. A nourishing, light dinner will be served and either a Health Breakfast or full English breakfast the following morning! All this for an additional R450.
